When sending a request, kindly make sure to duplicate our brief template and input all necessary information to avoid any misunderstanding. Requests during a weekend or Philippine holiday will be considered as received during the next working day. The cut off time for requests in a given working day is SGT 2PM. Requests beyond SGT 2PM will be considered received during the next working day.
