Join us for our Annual Word Vancouver Exhibitor Fair: Books, Zines, and In-Betweens!

Calling all publishers, creatives, makers, and community-builders with a love of the literary — we want to celebrate the written word and all its intersections with you at our annual festival and book fair! Whether you're into mystery, poetry, or non-fiction, we invite you to come exhibit your books, comics, visual arts, performance work, and more.

This year's in person festival will run from 11am-5pm on Saturday September 20th, 2025.

The Word Book Fair is held in the Robson Square Ice Rink; enjoy the feeling of being outdoors while also staying safe from the elements whether it's rain or too much shine. Performances and music will play throughout the day on the upstairs plaza, and inside UBC Robson Square. Book Fair exhibitors also enjoy complimentary snacks and beverages in the festival green room!

Our 2025 table fees are as follows:

$125+GST for a full table and 2 chairs

$75+GST for a half table and 1 chair
