FABBULA × ONFM ― Open Call 2024 🌱 Permacomputing Playgrounds 🎮

Since 2021, Fabbula is the artistic director of Octobre Numérique - Faire Monde (ONFM), a month-long festival in Arles (France) at the crossroads of art, video games and advanced technologies. Each year, we gather a community of creatives and thinkers to explore key topics in relation to contemporary technological developments through exhibitions, creative workshops, talks, screening and performances.

In 2024, our annual research programme is ‘Permacomputing Playgrounds’ and with it we are launching a call for submissions exploring computation and play within planetary boundaries.

The call is open to local and international collectives, artists, game makers, designers, researchers, programmers and activists, for possible presentation within the programme of Octobre Numérique - Faire Monde Festival 2024.
