In this form, you will register for your Sign-Offs, Exam Preparation Day, and Final Exam.

Please note that registrations are collected and processed by our team, but the Final Exam itself is organised and administered by Polestar Pilates Europe. We will forward your registration details to them once submitted.

Before completing the form, please carefully check all the information you provide (dates, locations, personal details, etc.). Your submission is considered final, and changes may not always be possible once it has been sent.

Travel Planning:

We strongly recommend that you only book transport tickets approximately one month before the exam date. While exam dates are scheduled in advance, occasional changes may occur due to organisational factors outside our control. Polestar Pilates Benelux cannot be held responsible for costs related to early travel bookings.
