Meditation Session (optional) *

A 20-minute guided meditation session is optional to include at the end of the teambuilding session. This reduces the movement classes to 45-minutes each.

Group Size *

Pilates Mat classes can be up to 20 participants per session.

Equipment and Gym classes can be up to 7 participants per session. For groups with 7-14 participants, the group will be divided in two.
