DAOU is happy to partner with your nonprofit to strengthen our community. We take pride in working with our community, not only in our business endeavors but also by providing support for charitable activities in our local area.


If your nonprofit is seeking a donation, we invite you to review our donation guidelines and complete the Donation Request Form below for consideration. Your efforts matter to us, and we're here to help.

To ensure your request receives the attention it deserves, please adhere to the following guidelines:

 

  • To be eligible for consideration, your organization must possess a valid 501c3 status. Kindly provide a copy of your IRS designation letter.
  • Due to the number of requests we receive, we can typically accommodate only one donation per eligible organization within a calendar year.
  • Please submit your donation request at least 60 days in advance of your event. This advance notice helps us better plan and allocate our resources.
  • To streamline our process, we accept donation requests exclusively through the form provided on our website. Duplicate requests or submissions through alternative channels will not be considered.
  • Please allow sufficient time for our team to thoroughly evaluate your request. We aim to make thoughtful decisions that align with our charitable goals.
  • Submitting a donation request does not guarantee a donation from DAOU. While we like to support as many worthy causes as possible, we may not be able to fulfill every request.
