To ensure your request receives the attention it deserves, please adhere to the following guidelines:
- To be eligible for consideration, your organization must possess a valid 501c3 status. Kindly provide a copy of your IRS designation letter.
- Due to the number of requests we receive, we can typically accommodate only one donation per eligible organization within a calendar year.
- Please submit your donation request at least 60 days in advance of your event. This advance notice helps us better plan and allocate our resources.
- To streamline our process, we accept donation requests exclusively through the form provided on our website. Duplicate requests or submissions through alternative channels will not be considered.
- Please allow sufficient time for our team to thoroughly evaluate your request. We aim to make thoughtful decisions that align with our charitable goals.
- Submitting a donation request does not guarantee a donation from DAOU. While we like to support as many worthy causes as possible, we may not be able to fulfill every request.
