I would like to confirm the above booking date(s) for a boxing event at Red Owl Boxing's Owl's Nest. I understand any outside equipment brought into the venue for the event must be removed by the end of the next day. Red Owl Boxing is not responsible or liable for any damages to outside equipment brought into the venue.

I agree to the venue revenue model where there will be no upfront costs to use the venue rather all event profits (revenue - expenses) will be shared 50/50 by Red Owl Boxing & the event organizer. Only expenses needed to run the event will be shared by Red Owl Boxing & the organizer. Luxury event items such as musical performances, out-of-town fighter expenses, etc. will be the responsibility of the organizer.

I understand that I am committing to 150 tickets sold at a $40 value ($6000 in ticket sales) to gain a 50/50 split. If 150 tickets are not met, you will be responsible for covering the difference in ticket sales before the split.
