NADSFL Mentee 2023-24

If you are in your first five years of a supervisory position, you may request a mentor for a one-year period beginning at the Annual Meeting in November. Mentor Chair, Paris Granville, will try to match you with an experienced member who has expertise in the areas that interest or challenge you. Just click the button below to complete a quick Google Form. At the Annual Meeting, we will hold a Tuesday afternoon session for you to meet your mentor in person and begin building a solid relationship. Together with your mentor, you can decide on the type and frequency of your contact – maybe a text when problems arise or a monthly video chat.
