Please submit your item with as much lead time as possible.

  • Relevant info includes: full details, dates, locations, fees, personnel (student/faculty/alumni)
  • You may provide a quotation (if applicable/available)
  • If this is an event, please indicate whether this a MECA&D event? i.e. hosted at MECA&D or sponsored by MECA&D.
  • EXAMPLE: "On Friday, May 19, students from the Printmaking department will host 'Late Night Print-a-Thon' in the Café to raise money for their upcoming trip to Los Angeles. The event--which is open to students, faculty, and alumni--begins at 9:00pm and ends the following morning (Saturday, May 20) at 9:00am. Please note that there is a materials fee of $50."
