Design

If you would like to use your organization's colors in the app, please fill in the following items. If you are unsure or okay with the default colors, just leave the next few questions blank.

Access and Permissions

Please provide Altru access for the following accounts:

  • team@socialgoodsoftware.com


Roles/permissions we need:

  1. Attribute Categories and Code Tables - allows us to create notes for your queries which is necessary in analytics and sending emails to the right people.
  2. Marketing Manager - allows us to access your Altru account and create the necessary queries on your behalf.
  3. Web Forms Administrator - gives us permission to back up your site.
