Mail provider details

Type in the name of the list exactly as it appears in your email provider you want to sync. The list name can be defined as a category or distinctive description for the list of members or constituents to be synced. This is up to you on how you would like to name it.
How do you want to authorize the SGS Data Bridge app with your mail provider? (You can authorize yourself or create an account for us to have it authorized for you). Authorization is needed to be able to sync data from SGS to your mail provider.

Notes are useful to track changes or updates that have been made during the syncing operations
Please review pricing plans with your mail provider as this may vary depending on the number of contacts or items in your list

Access and Permissions

Providing Altru access to implementation@socialgoodsoftware.com will allow us to create the necessary queries and note types for your app.

Please provide Altru access for the following accounts:

  • team@socialgoodsoftware.com


Roles/permissions we need:

  1. Attribute Categories and Code Tables - allows us to create notes for your queries which is necessary in analytics and sending emails to the right people.
  2. Marketing Manager - allows us to access your Altru account and create the necessary queries on your behalf.
  3. Web Forms Administrator - gives us permission to back up your site.

This will provide our team access to your SGS application and perform configurations to your app.

Providing access will allow the SGS app to communicate with Altru after the queries have been set up and your apps have been configured. You may need to create an account for us, or use an existing email address from your organization (example: socialgood@organizationname.org, marketing@museumname.org, support@aquarium.net).
