Registration for the “Flourish” Project

Hello from the Klitschko Foundation team!

We’re excited to see your interest in our “Flourish” project! This project was created to help you cope with the challenges of war by providing a safe space for dialogue, growth, and recovery.

Over 14 days at an offline camp in a coastal town in western France, you will:

  • learn how to manage stress;
  • understand what mental health is and how to maintain it;
  • rebuild trust in yourself and others;
  • become part of a supportive community;
  • create your own project to support your community after the program.

And on top of that – you’ll catch the Atlantic waves and learn to surf! 🏄‍♀️

Before filling out the application form, make sure that:

  • you are 14–16 years old;
  • you have a biometric passport or can get one before departure;
  • you are ready to join the project for 14 days between September 6 and September 20, 2025.

Application deadline: August 17, 2025.

Selection results will be sent to your email after August 22.

And remember: we expect maximum openness and sincerity in your answers ;)

Good luck – we look forward to receiving your application!

Answer this question only if you have a biometric international passport

To obtain notarized consent, both parents must present original passports, taxpayer identification numbers, and the child’s birth certificate to the notary. The consent is issued in the form of a statement, and the authenticity of the parents’ signatures is certified by the notary. In some cases, consent can be given by only one parent, a guardian, or another legal representative of the minor.

  1. – Original biometric international passport + original Ukrainian passport + birth certificate
  2. – Copy of one parent’s or guardian’s passport
  3. – Notarized statement of consent from both parents for travel abroad (if under 16)
  4. – Form 079/o (medical certificate on sanitary-epidemiological environment)

It’s okay if you have — feel free to share only what you're comfortable with

1 being not very active, 6 being super fit
