This question will help us to determine in wich group you should start your trainingsplan

The walking group is for you if: you have difficulties to stand on one leg, have minimal experience in stability training, have difficulties during long walks, you experience some pain in the hip, knee, ankle or lower back when walking.

The walk and run group is for you if: you can walk but not run more than 5km without pain/stability problem, you have some basic strenght or pilates experience, you have a good aerobic base.

The running group is for you if: you can already run more than 5km but you feel that some stability is missing, you feel like you could get more out of your runs and enjoy them more.

There is no garantee that you will end in the group that you think you belong in, this will be determined by the physio or coach during the intake.
