Please read through the descriptions for each role, and answer the questions on the form.


Event Day Volunteers

Shift times (two sessions*):

・ 10:00-15:00

・ 12:30-18:00

*incl 1hr break [Preferred if volunteers can attend both days, and attend one shift per day (40 ppl)]


Roles:

・ Assisting Roaster booths

・ Water/garbage collection

・ Ticketing/reception


Requirements:

・Attend a volunteer training meeting (End of June)

・Preferred if you can attend both days (5-6th July).


Preferences:

・Experience working in a cafe, incl baristas, roasters etc.

・Those with no experience are welcome, as long as you’re eager to learn and have fun!

・Bonus if volunteers could speak Japanese/Mandarin (or both!)

Set up/Clean up + Kitchen crew (Paid roles)

Shift days (hours TBC):

・ 4th July (Setting up)

・ 7th July (Clean up)(No. of set up/clean up crew: 6ppl x 2days = total 12 people)


[Kitchen staff]

・ 5-6th July (Event days) (No. of kitchen crew:

12 people (for 2 days)


Requirements:

・ Set up/clean up crew: Those who are confident in lifting heavy items and can work for both days

・ Kitchen crew: Experience in cooking, and can work both days
