• Drafting - Actively Preparing Supplement
• Waiting: Contractor Information - I have a question about the file and waiting for a response from PM.
• Waiting: Matt's Approval - Team sends draft of supplement during training for Matt to review before sending to Contractor for approval.
• Waiting: Contractor Approval - Sent in Supplement to PM and waiting for approval so I can submit to Carrier.
• Sent/In Negotiation - Supplement Sent and currently in process of negotiation.
• Waiting for Production - Came to an agreement and waiting to see if there are any post-production needs.
• Waiting: Invoice Carrier? - Production is done and waiting for confirmation from PM to invoice carrier?
• Invoice Sent - Invoiced Carrier and waiting for the release of depreciation confirmation before closing.
